The SARSAS Board of Directors expressed deep dissatisfaction to the proposed to the Proposed Settlement of the Water Audit suit against the Nevada Irrigation District.

As outlined in the attached letter, the SARSAS Board felt that the settlement demanded little of NID, and in fact gave them more time to stall and foot-drag removal of Hemphill Dam
